When working in poorlylighted areas, just switch on the handy backlightfeature. It automatically shuts itself off after 20minutes to minimize battery drain. Electronic zeroingmeans you simply touch a single key to perfectly nullout any minor pressure differences. A display HOLD keyfreezes the current pressure for those all-too-commonsituations where readings fluctuate. We even includedan audible alarm to warn you of overpressure plus avisual alarm also confirms a value has been stored,eliminating the need to observe display during a ducttraverse.

A new option for theSeries 477 is a USB interface. Combined with the 477’sdatalogging capability, a user can now quickly andconveniently download the stored readings to any USBcompatible device. Data manipulation can be easilyaccomplished in a multitude of word processing orspreadsheet programs. USB models come with a USB cableand a software CD.
